Unified CRM

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Unified CRM, operated by SC Technology Limited, trading as Weezboo ("we", "us") — a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09579805), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. By creating an account or connecting a channel, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Unified CRM gathers your workspace's customer conversations from the channels you connect into one stream you can search, tag, and ask questions about. We offer it as is and improve it continuously; features may change.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace owners control who has access and what is connected. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Connecting channels

You may only connect a channel (an inbox, a Slack or Discord workspace, a social account, a Search Console property, and so on) that you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for having the right to ingest the conversations a connection brings in, and for honoring the privacy rights of the people in them. You can disconnect any channel at any time, which stops ingestion and deletes its stored credentials.

Meta channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger)

When you connect a Meta channel — by entering your own Meta app credentials or, where available, in one click with Connect with Facebook (Meta Embedded Signup) — you authorize us to access and send messages on the connected WhatsApp number or Instagram/Facebook account on your behalf, acting as your technology provider on Meta's platform. You remain the owner of your Meta Business assets, confirm you are authorized to administer them, and agree to use them in line with WhatsApp's and Meta's messaging policies. Disconnecting removes our access and stored credentials.

Acceptable use

AI output

Answers, tags, and summaries are generated by AI and cite the conversations behind them. They can still be incomplete or wrong: treat them as a starting point, verify what matters, and do not rely on them as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your data

Your conversations and contacts remain yours. How we handle them, and how to export or delete them, is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or risks harm to the service or others, with notice where practical.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we note it here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
